Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a replacement or a refund.

Our goal is to constantly improve our product and brand experience; our customer's feedback is vitally important to this process. Any, and all, feedback you can provide is welcomed!

All request(s) for replacements or refunds must be submitted within (30) days of the purchase date.

REFUND PROCESS:

Returns for Product Issues: In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase due to product defects or quality issues, we ask that you submit a request to help@laundrysauce.com with the following information:

• Indicate whether you would like the product replaced or a refund
• The purchase transaction/receipt ID
• The date of purchase
• A description of the product issues
• Supporting photo(s) of the product issues

Returns for Change of Mind: We also accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of purchase. For change of mind returns, please email help@laundrysauce.com with:

• Your transaction/receipt ID
• The date of purchase
• Confirmation that this is a change of mind return

Shipping Costs:

• For product defects or quality issues: We will provide a full refund including your original shipping costs
• For change of mind returns: Original shipping costs ($4.99) are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs

The Laundry Sauce Team will review each request to determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate. In the event a replacement or refund is approved for product defects, you are not required to return the product. We would rather save you the hassle and the environment. For change of mind returns, we may require the product to be returned.
